Plenty of tilting hitches are called heavy duty. Usually that means high-strength steel, heavier construction, strong pins and bushes and heavy-duty hydraulics.

We didn't start calling our hitches Severe Duty because we wanted a tougher marketing term.
We call them Severe Duty because that's how they've been used.
